No. You can book Oakhaven for a Saturday wedding and still enjoy Friday access for decorating and a ceremony rehearsal.

You’re welcome to choose your own vendors. But many couples find it advantageous to work with Oakhaven’s preferred professionals, as they are familiar with the property and its flow.

For receptions in the Grand Dutch Barn, a professional Day‑Of Coordinator is required. Consider Oakhaven’s Wedding Manager, Jeanette Wagoner — affectionately known as The Wedding Day Lady — for seamless coordination.
