Brides can prepare in style at The Manor, while grooms and their party unwind at Woodrow’s Cabin or the Groom’s Quarters. The Bungalow provides a welcoming retreat for family and close friends, and after the festivities, the Wedding Cottage awaits as a charming overnight escape.

The Details that make your Wedding Day

Oakhaven offers four ways to celebrate: mid-week elopements, Petite weddings for under 50 guests, our Destination weekend, and All-Inclusive packages. Every option includes the essentials below.

  • Full set up and tear down
  • Private dressing areas for both wedding parties
  • Guest transportation and parking attendants
  • 3 hours on the grounds for engagement photos and bridal portraits
  • Choice of 3 outdoor and 1 indoor ceremony site
  • Grand Dutch Reception Hall for ceremony or back-up rain plan

Prices range from $4,000 for a petite wedding to $12,190 for our Destination package for up to 200 guests. Our best weekday and off-season rates aren’t listed here, so be sure to ask us.

Your wedding day at Oakhaven is exclusively yours, with the entire estate dedicated to your celebration.

No. You can book Oakhaven for a Saturday wedding and still enjoy Friday access for decorating and a ceremony rehearsal.

You’re welcome to choose your own vendors. But many couples find it advantageous to work with Oakhaven’s preferred professionals, as they are familiar with the property and its flow.

For receptions in the Grand Dutch Barn, a professional Day‑Of Coordinator is required. Consider Oakhaven’s Wedding Manager, Jeanette Wagoner — affectionately known as The Wedding Day Lady — for seamless coordination.

Oakhaven offers both in‑person and virtual tours. If you’re planning from a distance, a live virtual tour is a wonderful way to explore the estate, ask questions, and see if our venue is the right fit for your wedding. Just fill out our contact form to schedule your tour.

Yes – We require event insurance to protect your personal assets as the event host when a claim is made against you. The plan we require covers injuries, property damage, alcohol incidents, and reputation and defense costs.
