From the very first tour with Kara, we knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Kara guided us through every step of the process, making the decision incredibly easy. She was flexible with scheduling, knowledgeable about every detail of the property, and helped us maximize every aspect of our all-inclusive package. Her passion for the venue truly shined and made us feel confident that there was nowhere else we would rather celebrate such a special occasion. One of our top priorities was finding a venue that could comfortably accommodate our out-of-town guests and family, and Oakhaven exceeded every expectation with its exceptional on-site lodging options. Another major highlight was the variety of ceremony locations. Each site offered breathtaking views, and the availability of both indoor and outdoor options gave us complete peace of mind when it came to weather planning. We chose the signature Oak Tree ceremony site, and it created the most stunning backdrop for our photos. And the décor room deserves a special mention! It was beautifully organized and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The selection was incredible and made the decorating process seamless and stress-free. Planning our wedding with Jeanette and Elizabeth from The Wedding Day Lady was an absolute dream. These two went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process. They were always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and ensure every detail was thoughtfully handled. During our wedding weekend, we barely had to lift a finger, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment and be fully present with our family and friends. Jeanette and Elizabeth brought our vision to life with professionalism, grace, and genuine care. They made us feel like family, and they truly are the heart of this venue. The all-inclusive package also gave us access to scheduled tastings, planning meetings, and a preferred vendor list that was truly top-tier. Every vendor was familiar with the venue and worked together flawlessly to create an unforgettable weekend. The entire Oakhaven team was kind, professional, and incredible to work with from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking — from the ceremony spaces and accommodations to the beautiful barn and immaculately maintained property. From the moment we toured until our wedding day Experience Oakhaven felt like such a warm place and our place. Every staff member that we encountered were so nice and they will try their best to make your day everything that you want - they are team Bride and it is so helpful! We got the all-inclusive package and it was amazing. When people would ask I would say that I felt like I got to do all of the fun parts of wedding planning and all of the contracts, payments, and everything were organized and taken care of for me which made a huge difference in the experience. Jeanette is on top of organizing your day and is always there when you need anything - the Experience Oakhaven team and their preferred vendors work together like clockwork and it makes the experience so nice for the couple. We stayed on site all weekend and brought our dog and I would HIGHLY recommend. The weekend was everything that we could have asked for and more and that is a thanks to the Oakhaven team. As a wedding photographer, I’ve worked with tons of venues, but few compare to Oakhaven!!! Breathtaking views (those sunsets are absolutely unreal) and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond for every event. The staff at Oakhaven are some of the most organized, kind, and accommodating people I’ve worked with. Coordinating timelines, helping with setup, or making sure the couple and guests are well taken care of, they handle everything with love and attention to detail. The whole property is gorgeous and the landscaping is always on point- and there are SO MANY opportunities for photos. And cows!!! If you're looking for a venue that not only delivers visually but also provides a seamless, supportive experience for both clients and vendors, Oakhaven is it.
