I work hard to supply all families with a quality and comfortable environment which even includes lodging. My staff is hand-picked, professional, and the best in the industry, and will make your wedding an expression of your dreams.

Wedding Manager & Oakhaven’s Wedding Planner

Jeanette is a pro! She has been the mother of an Oakhaven bride. She serves as our Wedding Manager and knows the property inside and out. She will be your trusted resource from the moment you book as well as handle all the billing and details for your day. She knows where to find anything you might need and understands how to make your wedding day run smoothly.

Alongside her daughter, she also is our in-house wedding planner. With over 20 years of experience, she knows how to guide couples through every step of planning their wedding at Oakhaven. Her hard work and knowledge help turn your dreams into reality!

Kara joined Oakhaven in 2024 as our Wedding Specialist. A proud native of Danville, Virginia, she brings valuable local insight that is helpful for families traveling from afar. Kara takes pride in guiding each couple to turn their vision into realities within our spaces, ensuring every detail reflects their unique style.
