Oakhaven’s all-inclusive wedding package

Oakhaven takes great pride to provide couples a package that is designed to include excellent services. We have partnered with vendors and selected their better offerings giving this package the quality that meets Oakhaven’s standards which we feel you will like as well!

Venue
• All-inclusive packages are curated for 100-150 guests
• Access to the property from Thursday at 6:00 pm until Sunday at 1:00 pm
• Lodging at the Manor House and the Cottage for three nights
• Use of fire pit venue
• Champagne and homemade bread for the morning after your wedding
• Barn set up with tables, chairs and linens, color of your choosing
• Pet accommodations
• Decor room amenities
• Barn draping

Oakhaven Partners provide you with the following:

Catering
• Inclusive of a guest count up to 150 guests
• Two passed appetizers during cocktail hour
• Reception: 2 entrees, one vegetable, one starch, a garden salad, rolls, tea, and water.

Music
We partner with DJs who consistently provide our clients and their guests with high-quality musical entertainment. They work closely with you to customize your music to create a memorable event.

Bakery
Your choice of either a 4-tier traditional cake, or a 2-tier cake and 13 dozen cupcakes.

Photographer
Selected photographer to provide engagement and bridal sessions, 10 hours of wedding day coverage, custom timeline planning, private sharable online gallery of finished images with digital file download.

Wedding Consultant
Our preferred Wedding Consultant’s Fairy God-Mother Package. This package helps you every step of the way through your planning process.
Our wedding consultant takes care of all vendors appointments, your wedding timeline, décor ideas, shares a secure Pinterest Board and provides personalized checklists. The Wedding Consultant will do all your thinking and relieve all your worries!
